Miso Ramen Kuroishi Tetsumandō — Restaurant in Kuroishi

We had the spicy ramens in this restaurant which is run by a solo chef. The ramen was scrumptious served with japanese Chashu and rich garlic pork broth. The restaurant was quiet in the day of our visit (probably it was still early ) and we were the only customers. Although the owner or the chef could only speak japanese, he had tried his best to explain his menu and we had not no problem to make the order. We also tried their local Kuroshi fried soba (see attached photo) and it was delicious too. It was funny to find out the chef is also the guitar player in a local rock music band when i spotted his previous poster and CD cover in the female toilet. Highly recommended if you are looking for a authentic gourmet with reasonable price in Kuroshi....

ラーメンは味噌ばかりですが、焼きそばやチャーハン等ご飯類もあります。

建物が古いので無茶苦茶キレイって感じではないですが、店内にはライヴの告知や鉄マンさん直筆のポップがあってワクワクする場所になっています。 鉄マンさん手書きのメニューも可愛くて楽しい。

私は旨辛とニンニクが特にお気に入り。 辛い💧けど旨い😋まさに旨辛みそラーメンw

接客は間違いない。 元気な声と笑顔で迎えてくれます。 初めてのお客さんには鉄マンさんが軽くメニューの説明されたりしていました。 小さいお子さんにも優しく接していましたよ。

にわかファンですが、私は何度か通っているので、ドア開けた瞬間から名前で呼ばれて近況やライヴ情報を教えて貰うのが嬉しくて楽しみ！

ラーメンって麺の太さや味で好みが別れてしまいますが、味噌嫌いな方以外は一度食べてみて下さい。
