江戸前寿司 銀貨一枚（ぎんかいちまい） — Restaurant in Kurume

久留米の寿司屋さん「銀貨一枚」さんへ伺いました。 今年初の新物サンマの刺身とお寿司をいただきましたが、脂のノリと鮮度が抜群で、本当に最高でした！ さらに日本酒の種類もとても豊富で、ペアリングを楽しみながら、むちゃくちゃ満足できる時間を過ごせました。 久留米で寿司と日本酒を楽しみたい方に、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です。

I visited the sushi restaurant Ginka Ichimai in Kurume. I had my first fresh Pacific saury of the season, both as sashimi and sushi, and it was absolutely outstanding—the fat content, freshness, and rich flavor perfectly captured the taste of autumn. The saury nigiri had a wonderful harmony with the rice, clearly showing the chef’s skill and dedication. In addition, the selection of sake was incredibly diverse, making it a real pleasure to pair different drinks with the dishes. The interior has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for fresh seasonal fish and a wide variety of sake in Kurume, I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.

쿠루메에 있는 스시집 긴카 이치마이(銀貨一枚)를 방문했습니다. 올해 첫 신선한 꽁치(산마)를 사시미와 스시로 맛보았는데, 지방 함량, 신선도, 풍미 모두 최고였고 가을의 맛을 제대로 느낄 수 있었습니다. 산마 초밥은 샤리(스시 밥)와의 조화가 훌륭해, 장인님의 기술과 정성을 확실히 느낄 수 있었습니다. 또한 사케 종류가 매우 다양해, 음식과 함께 다양한 페어링을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 가게 내부는 차분하고 아늑한 분위기였으며, 직원분들도 친절하고 세심했습니다. 쿠루메에서 신선한 제철 생선과 다양한 사케를 즐기고 싶으신 분들께 자신 있게 추천드릴...

Posto piccolino, ma super accogliente. Ci sono finita per caso, ma sono rimasta super contenta del cibo e dell’ambiente. Lo chef è bravissimo e ha preparato degli ottimi piatti con pesce di qualità, il personale era estremamente gentile. Quando sono arrivata c’erano altre 6 persone che mangiavano che mi hanno subito accolto facendomi domande su da dove venissi e che ci facessi in Kurume....

夜のみ営業の江戸前寿司店で席はＬ時のカウンターのみ。

単品以外のセットメニューは上にぎりと特上にぎりのみ。 せっかくなので特上握りを注文。 寿司下駄に全部乗った状態で出てきました。 内訳は握り６貫、ウニとイクラの小ぶりな軍艦１つずつ、玉子焼き２つ。 吸い物などは付きません。 軍艦は早めに食べたこともあり、海苔のパリッとした口触りととウニの食感と甘味、イクラの風味が大変見事に調和してます。 握りもどれも大変美味しく、中でもオクラの握りは創作的で一緒に乗ってるマグロとのコンビネーションも絶妙。

特上にぎりのみで終了しましたが、ここはどちらかというと最初に大将お勧めの刺身をいくつか出してもらって、それをアテに日本酒飲みながら最後に握り食って〆とかいう食べ方をするのが正...
