The barista came around the counter to hand over the drink to me because she noticed I was preoccupied on the phone, this was a first time at a Starbucks for me. Extra effort service. My Matcha Frappuccino was one of the best! Need to come back and visit this very professional coffee shop.

ゆめタウンの中なので大体いつも混んでる感じですが、先日はどうしても何か飲みたくなり、店内は空いているようでしたが、モバイルオーダー＆ペイでのスターが貯まりやすいキャンペーンも始まったので、モバイルオーダー＆ペイでオーダー利用しました。 スタバアプリを開いたままだったからか、出来上がりのプッシュ通知でなくモバイルオーダーのとこにニックネーム表示されていました💦 プッシュ通知だと思っていたので、お店の入り口でチラチラ見ながら待ってたので受け取りまでに時間がかかってしまいましたが、受け取り時は丁寧に対応してもらいました😊 モバイルオーダーでもゆめタウンのポイントをつけてもらえるようでした。 店内は混んでることが多いので、利用するならテイクアウトかな〜😅

テイクアウトでフラペチーノを2杯購入したが、1杯しか入っておらず指摘。2杯目も入れていただき中身を確認すると、ストローも1本しか入ってない。指摘すると慌てて渡されたが、いざ帰宅後に飲もうとするとアイスティー用の細いストローが入っていて、フラペチーノが飲みにくい。レシート確認までしているのに何故こんなことになるのか。用意されたマニュアルを機械的にこなしているからでしょう。 普段は愛想も良くていい雰囲気の店舗なだけに、このような...
