Anyhow, even the food is just over flavored with ajinomoto. And for the price, you could get better service and food quality at 90% of the other nearby places. I pointed this out, and I was told that this is how yamaimo is prepared. I have been ordering yamaimo for 35 years and have never seen this. The customer is wrong default defines this place.

2024.2.23 初訪 西鉄久留米駅前(西口）のホテルにチェックイン。 少し休憩をして、さぁ、久留米の夜を堪能しましょう！ 久留米といえば！ 発祥と言われる「焼き鳥」 旅立つ前から、お店はチェックしてたので、一番街を抜けて、北上すれば、何軒か有名店が集まってるので、何とかなるさ…っていうのが、素人の浅はかさ。 どの店からも満席です。と断られる次第。 席が空いてそうな店もあったけど、連休だし、一見さんだし… やはり予約をしとくべきでした。 仕方なくホテルへ戻りながら、そういえば、駅の東口にも焼き鳥屋さんがあったなって、一縷の望みでやってきたのが、こちら。 満席に近い状態でしたが、どうぞって入れてくれました。 ホント助かりました。 たちまち生ビールで乾杯。 その後は、夫婦それぞれが好きな焼き鳥をオーダー。 しかし！久留米にきたなら、「ダルム」は食べなきゃって、妻の分もオーダーしましたが… この匂いは妻にはきつかったよーで、私が頂きました。 野菜ももうちょい欲しいねって、海苔サラダなるものをオーダー。このサラダのトマト、ホントに旨い。地元産かな？びっくりしました。 この後、私は久留米の酒「庭のうぐいす」を冷酒でチビチビやって終了。 お会計は〜 リーズナブルです。 さすが久留米ね。
