Visited on a weekday Tuesday at 8:30 AM The café is located near the rotary at the west exit of Kusatsu Station. Inside, there were only two staff members. The view from the shop shows nothing but people walking by. The interior and lighting have a Western-style elegance that makes you feel luxurious and pampered 👑(^^)
