A warm welcome, but once seated, we had to pay hidden fees without being informed.

I ordered a fondue that was supposed to be French... only flavorless Italian cheeses! They brought us the bottom of the cheese lid that we had to scrape off because if we asked for more, we'd have to pay extra!

The chef came to tell me with a translator, but there was no kindness or politeness... as if I was annoying him.

So I couldn't even finish my fondue because I didn't have enough cheese!

I felt uncomfortable, as if I wasn't welcome! On top of that, they made us pay for the appetizer we hadn't even asked for, three old salty breads...

J'ai commandé une fondue qui est censé être français...que des fromages italien qui on pas de goût ! On nous apporte un fond de couvercle de fromage qu'on doit raclé car si on en redemande, on doit payer en plus !

Le chef est venu me le dire avec un traducteur mais aucune gentillesse ni politesse...comme si j'agacé..

J'ai donc même pas pu finir ma fondue car je n'avais pas suffisamment de fromage !

J'étais pas à l'aise comme si j'étais pas le bienvenu ! En plus de ça on nous fait payer l'apéritif qu'on a même pas demandé, 3 vieux pains salé...

4000円飲み放題2h付きコースを予約して行った。予約の時点でカウンター席しか空いてないと言われたが了承。 予約時間10分前に店頭到着。声をかけるまで誰も出てこなかった。奥からはバタバタした雰囲気がしていたので忙しかったのか。靴を置く場所が決まってるなら客が靴を脱ぐ前に案内するべきだろう。 カウンター席は掘りごたつのようになっていて下はカーペットだったが、隅にゴキブリキャップが置いてあって「出るのか」と不快になった。 カウンター席はドリンク作業場が丸見えで、雑然というよりかは変な書類が置いてあったり使ってるドリンクの機械が見えたりと、原価提供できるシステムを堪能させていただいた。しかもお酒を売りにしていないので味もそれなりでお察し。

ドリンクを注文して色々料理が出てきたが、売りのピザ‪(‬という名のチーズグラタンパン‪)‬は食べにくい。もっとチーズが堪能できると思って楽しみにしていたが、ホワイトソースの方が強かった。 フライドポテトのチーズかけが一番美味しかった。 メイン？の肉も、一人一切れだが女性の口には大きすぎて、切ろうと思ったがナイフが無く、仕方なくピザカッターを使った。最初からサイコロ状に切ってくれていれば喜ばれるかと。 パスタは普通に美味しかったが、ピザぐらいホワイトソースはたっぷりかけてほしかった。 楽しみにしていたデザートのガトーショコラはパサパサ。どこかで買ってきましたか？という代物。ソースもお情け態度。それならアイスクリームの方が嬉しい。

金曜土曜の休日前は飲み放題も2h制で、わかってて行ったのだがドリンクの注文を取りに来るのが遅い。カウンターなので、そこにいる人に注文した方が早い。あと後ろでスタッフに指示する声が丸聞こえで落ち着かない。

もう少し美味しいものを食べてゆっくりできると思っていたが、期待とは真逆のうるさいお店だった。平日は違うのかもしれないが、たぶんもう行かないと思う。
