草津市役所近くから南草津駅近くに移転されました。 店舗はセルフ形式になっていました。 食券を買うところまでは一緒ですが、その食券を持ったまま席につき、番号を呼ばれたら自ら取りに行く形式となっています。 水やお茶もサーバ機によるセルフサービスです。 食事が終わったら、食器を返却口へもっていく必要があります。 つゆだくなどの注文は、食券を買った後、その食券を受け取りカウンターへもっていってそこで注文を聞いてもらえるそうです。 サービスエリアとかでよくあるスタイルですが牛丼屋では初めてだったので少し戸惑いました。
