쿠시로라는 도시에 다시 가야할 이유가 생긴 레스토랑입니다. 일몰이 아름다운 곳인라고 들었는데, 비가 내려 해무가득한 바닷가 풍경을 보고 왔습니다. 이것대로 스코트랜드의 바닷가같은 풍경이라 나름 운치가 있엇네요.

로바타야끼를 기반으로 하는 레스토랑 답게 숯을 피워 직화하는 요리들이 나옵니다. 음식맛은 말할것도 없고 , 페어링으로 마셨던 와인과의 조화도 훌륭했습니다. 홋카이도의 와인을 고집하지 않고 여러나라의 와인을 페어링해서 주셨던것도 좋았구요, 에조시카 요리에 두사람에게 각각 다른 레드와인을 주셨던 부분에선 완전 엄지척 했습니다 디저트까지 완벽!

저희 부부가 너무 잘먹고 잘 마시니 그지역 위스키까지 주시고 심지어 작은병에 포장도 해주셨어요!
