LUPICIA — Restaurant in Kutchan

I just ate here about two nights ago and the food is amazing!!!! The meat is tender and melts in your mouth (we had both the beef and pork stew), the sushi is fresh and soft, the desserts are perfectly sized and not too sweet, the salad (and I'm not a vegetable person) is rich and full of flavor. If you're used to eating at the Cheesecake Factory or any sort of major chains such as that, then this might not be the place for you . It's really about quality here and the quantity is just right in my mind. It's not cheap but Japanese dining in general isn't cheap and for a little more compared to other restaurants you get better food and nicer ambiance. It's totally worth it. Cozy atmosphere, open kitchen concept, view of Mount Yotei from the indoor dining area. Set menu is offered for lunch including a bread basket, tea bar, soup of the day & side salad. This restaurant is definitely one of the best restaurants I have tried in Japan. Every single dish is so delicious and flawless. It's definitely a hidden gem in Niseko. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The price is very good too. I wish all the best to this restaurant. They deserve more customers.
