This was so good! First, the staff is so kind and patient with everyone. They get a lot of foreign customers but they are still very helpful. If you speak Japanese they will greatly appreciate any effort you make!

Fantastic ramen in an unassuming setting!

After hearing high praise from staff in Hirafu village, we were excited to try the ramen here at Sapporo Ramen Daishin. It certainly is an establishment and somewhat of an institution which stands out from the rest!

I tried the Spicy Miso Ramen with Pork Rib meat and it didn’t disappoint! A full bodied broth with ramen boiled al dente. The spice added a subtle heat to the dish which tasted magnificent!
