Japan is filled with countless wagyu yakiniku spots, but this new establishment truly stands out. It strikes a rare balance between authenticity and creativity. I usually lean toward traditional experiences and tend to avoid places that get too experimental, as they often compromise the essence of the dish. But this restaurant completely changed my perspective.
There are two set courses—standard and premium. We dined as a group of three, and I had requested (via the booking app’s notes section) for two of us to try the standard and one to go with the premium, just to compare. The chef was not only accommodating but also incredibly professional. He had an impressive depth of knowledge about every cut of meat served, and thoughtfully considered the ideal order for grilling.
Although we communicated through a digital translator, his passion and attention to detail were undeniable. He even recommended a sake that pairs beautifully when served hot—a thoughtful touch that added to the experience. The service overall was exceptional: personal, attentive, and warm.
Yes, the price is on the higher side—but every element of the meal, down to the noodle and rice dishes, was exquisite and well worth it.

It felt very personalized, authentic and luxurious . The chef described every cut to me, grilled it then showed me the best way to eat it (with salt, with sauce, etc). He even gave me some special items that are hard to come by but just so happens to be in that day! I learned a lot about history of Wagyu from him and we had a great discussion over dinner 1 on 1 as I was last reservation of the day. He even personally drove me back to my hotel free of charge! Different cut of beef were presented, explained and cooked professionally by the staff over the crystal grill/ plate. It’s amazing to see and know how smokeless cooking and grilling of beef is possible on this nice looking piece of crystal.
