Niseko Pizza An unexpected gem right here in Niseko ski town. At first, it is not a place that screams out to you because it’s a pizza place, but man was I wrong. They have a bar with a great selection of wines and alcohol, wood fire pizzas, handmade pastas and whole lot of great hospitality! The pizzas were fantastic with the dough being on the chewy side with great texture and flavour, along with a solid crunch on the outside. The toppings were also very delicious with cured meats freshly shaved by the kitchen crew instead of the typical store bought pre sliced ones which gives them more control. The seafood pasta with clams, mussels, cherry tomatoes and handmade spaghetti was simply delicious. The noodles were springy with great texture and it really absorbed the flavour of the sauce which was magnificent! The gnocchi was shockingly not bad! I hate gnocchi because it usually tastes gummy and doughy but this tasted tender and actually like potato! Coupled with the Gorgonzola sauce, simply wonderful! The ribs were also beautifully done, so tender that it was almost impossible to slice it cleanly with a knife as it kept falling apart. However, the Texas styles ribs with the dry rib were a bit salty for our taste buds, so our server, Tyler recommended us to add some chilli oil which really did the trick. It rounded off the saltiness and made such a delicious mouthful! Last but not least, we have the star of the night, chocolate pizza. Using chocolate fondant batter as the base so that the pizza doesn’t get soggy when the chocolate, caramel sauce, roasted marshmallow and ice cream go on TOP is simply a genius idea. It also adds a nice chocolate richness to the pizza. Coupled with the chewy dough, it is such a wonderful way to add the meal. My favourite bite is when you get the melty marshmallow as I am a major s’mores lover. Wonderful wonderful place for great food, drinks and company!

So there we were, sitting at the bar and having a beer each and sharing a Diavola and a Prosciutto e Funghi. as I was polishing off my last bit of my pizza a glass shatters in front of me showering me in shards. After making sure my last piece didn’t have any shards I promptly ate it cause I wasn’t about to waste pizza this good. Turns out Keiko, the owner, dropped a wine glass in front me which broke into a gillion pieces ending up in our beers and my wife’s pizza. Amidst a thousand genuine apologies and concern she replaced my wife’s pizza, both our beers, and footed the bill. The pizza is legitimately very good and reasonably priced in sizeable portions, the drinks variety humongous, and the service fantastic so if you feel like a slice after a day on the slopes this place is worth the visit but come early or late cause it gets packed.

No longer what it once was. This popular pizzeria has chased the dollar, expanding its services without maintaining its services. Almost an hour wait for a pizza (their flagship dish) that appeared at best, a hap-hazard effort. Apparently in an effort to get them out quicker the ovens running too high, creating a 'well effect'; all the toppings collecting in the middle surrounded by several inches of superfluous crust best described as biscuit-like. What a complete fizzer?! Promising so much yet delivering oh so little. Poor food... Poor service... Poor effor! The conversations surrounding our table were that of many other frustrated and dissatisfied patrons with similar complaints. Honestly, for the effort and cost, one might take a wide berth and opt for the wood fired pizza vendor in the food van about 100m up the road instead?...

Very nice pizza and nice place to dine for large groups. The seafood muscles were a treat. Obviously the pizzas were amazingly good. But suprisingly we found the pasta and ribs to be more standout better. A little pricey for pizza, but that's Niskeo. Fast and efficient service since we weren't left hungry, wide range and variety of food choices Pros: - waiter service is excellent - food is top notch. Try the pasta and baby back ribs - ambience is nice, they have music and large projector showing. Cons: - none that I can think of. Tips: - make sure you book prior. I saw some very unhappy long waiting customers. - try the pastas, the ribs are amazing. The best I've tasted ever.

Great Pizza, but much more than that! I would consider this gourmet pizza and it doesn't disappoint. We ordered 5 pizzas and enjoyed them all. (don't be afraid to order the Tom and Jerry, it's not just for kids!) Later, some of us came back for the ribs. Equally as tasty. Very lively, fun atmosphere with tables downstairs and private booths upstairs. The waitstaff is friendly, fun and speak English and a few other languages. Overall, one of our favorite places in Niseko. Try the bar upstairs afterwards, it's the same owner and the drinks are great.

Pizza is a little pricy, however it makes you full. The Italian beer and pop drink are kinda cheap, considering they are already expensive when they buy from wholesaler. Maybe some improvement on pizza, like a little bit more salt. But ingredients were good. The pasta with pesto and chicken is a good way to kill Italian cousine. Moreover a lot of oil, but law quality one. Better don t put so much oil if not good quality. Not even olive oil I assume. And stop to create trash with that paper dish. Respect environment and use normal one.
