If you’re a premium beef enthusiast, this place is for you! Every cut we tried, from the A5 Wagyu to the perfectly marbled shoulder blade and the deeply flavorful beef tongue, was nothing short of exceptional! The A5 Wagyu was the star of the show. Each slice had the perfect balance of fat and lean meat, resulting in a visually appealing presentation on the charcoal grill. The moment you took a bite, the meat melted in your mouth, infusing your mouth with rich, buttery juices without leaving a greasy residue. Even the less expensive cuts were incredibly tasty. The beef tongue, often overlooked, was sliced to perfection. It was tender yet slightly chewy, with a clean, beefy finish that we loved. The shoulder cuts had a more robust, meaty flavor, making them a great complement to the richer Wagyu pieces. The quality of the beef was the standout feature of this meal. Each piece was fresh, expertly cut, and presented beautifully on a platter that generated excitement for every bite. The seasoning was minimal, simply with salt and pepper, allowing the natural flavors of the beef to shine through. An unexpected highlight was the white truffle cold ramen, which completely exceeded our expectations. It was a refreshing yet decadent dish, with the aroma of truffle permeating every slurp. The creaminess of the broth was incredibly addictive! It served as the perfect palate cleanser between the richer cuts of beef. I can’t help but wonder if they could open a sub-store dedicated solely to serving this white truffle ramen as their signature dish! Every yen spent on this high-quality meat was well worth it. It is a must if you are in Niseko. 本当に素晴らしいです!

Our Japanese friends/host from Osaka reserved this place for us to enjoy a gathering night out eating Yakiniku. Service was unbelievably bad and rude, if you think Japanese are always polite and kind, think again here. The booth we had, have issue with the exhaust system, making the whole booth smoky, we asked to see if it can be solved. No apologies were given and waitress appears begrudgingly or almost annoyed of having this reasonable ask. Food was absolutely delicious, thick cuts and fresh and flavorful. We ordered two rounds of food and drinks. As the night goes on, our allocated time ran out and our group was enjoying ourselves too much that we forgot the time. A waitress came in telling our Japanese friends/host that our time is up, so we asked for the bill. And something like 5 minutes later, the manager/supervisor (probably) came barging in demanding for the "booth be emptied for next guests", speaking in English without any greetings or courtesy. Our Japanese hosts was basically ashamed in horror having us as a guest in "polite" Japan. But we told them its ok, we leave immediately, grabbing our smoked jackets and shoes like we owed the place. I can't remember any time I've ever been shoo-ed out of a restaurant, anywhere, any place in the world, in my 40+ years of life.

If you're into premium beef cuts with exquisite service treatment, this is the place for you. We made reservations two days prior and were fortunate to secure a spot. The average platter itself is 7,000 yen, featuring Premium Cuts of beef like Wagyu and various parts, including tongue and shoulder. The yakiniku grill is over prepped and burning charcoal. Upon entering our private room, we removed our shoes and entered. Each group enjoys a sliding door room. My partner and I were surprised by the spaciousness of our smaller room, complete with a closet, hangers, four chairs, and a grill in the centre. Ordering is done via iPad, with an average price of 1-2,000 yen per poultry item. Our total bill was around 17,000 yen as we indulged in various premium beef cuts, given our location in Hokkaido, renowned for its exceptional beef. 🥩 The A5 Wagyu beef is incredibly tender and fatty, thanks to its marbling. The grill efficiently seals in the sweetness and juices, allowing for a personalized grilling experience. You primarily enjoy privacy unless requesting service, which includes water refills & plates.
