丸窓の可愛らしい、レトロで素敵な純喫茶でした。

年季の入ったお店ながら隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて、埃っぽさは全くありません。 喫煙可とのことですが換気設備が良いのか非喫煙者の私でも臭いが気にならずに過ごせました。 平日の昼下がりにも拘らずほぼ満席で、皆さん思い思いに寛いでらっしゃいました。 お客さんの年齢層は高めで、落ち着いた雰囲気です。

ハウスブレンドのコーヒーとホットケーキを頂きました。 ネルドリップで抽出された、飲みやすい一杯です。 味はすっきりとしていて苦味の少ない控え目なタイプでしたが、 喉を潤した後も心地よいコクが口内に残る飽きの来ないお味です。 ホットケーキは家庭のものとあまり変わりませんが、 付いてくる蜜が黒蜜なのが珍しいですね。 慣れ親しんだ安定のおいしさです。

次に伺ったら名物のソーダパフェを頂きたいと思います。
