If a dandan noodle has finely minced meat with little to no noticeable fat, I consider it to be on the “good side” of dandan noodles—and this one absolutely fits the bill. The meat is just right, the noodles are perfectly chewy and satisfyingly tactile, and the soup is packed with bold, tongue-numbing spices (though only mildly so for someone from Sichuan). It’s absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the 赤辛担々麺, and I regret not ordering the half 炒飯 set bundle for just 150円 more.

I also added a bit of their homemade garlic chili sauce to the soup, and it made the flavors even better. Be careful, though—if you add too much, you might end up in tears! I only added about a bean-sized amount, and even that packed a punch.

お昼にいきました。11時40分頃でお昼前だったので満員ではありませんでしたがカウンターと2人席しか空いてなく、子供と3人なので仕方なく2人席に座りました。子供用の椅子がなくクッションを貸していただきましたが乳児にはきびしいです。 1.2歳の子はイスを持って行った方がいいです。

パッとみると2人用テーブルを3つくっつけた6人席に2人、2つくっつけた4人席に1人座っていらっしゃいました。 合計10人も座れる席に、3人しか座ってない！こんなお昼時に、もったいないと思いました。 テーブルをひとつずつ離して4人席をさっと作れなかったのでしょうか？

坦々麺は普通でした。 旦那はからあげが美味しいってゆってました。ムネ肉のからあげ好きな人は好きかも。 チャーハンはパラっとよりしっとり系（ごはんやらかめ）だったので2歳の息子はもりもり食べてました。
