This place is seriously underrated. The iced coffee here is awesome and the pastries were wonderful and dirt cheap. I bought food for the day here for $12! My picture below shows a chicken sandwich, a ham egg and cheese pastry, 2 croissants, a mini loaf of sweet bread, and a coffee. All of it was tasty and the coffee was Vienna drip coffee. How is this place not getting five stars?

Quite large variety of different pastries, buns, breads and cakes, this place offers good balance between western and Japanese type of wheat baked goods as well as between sweet and savory types. There is a dining area inside for those who want to consume bought goodies right away (coffee and other drinks are also available for sale). Prices are on a reasonable side.
