Speak Easy — Restaurant in Kyoto

I'll be as objective as possible:

We came with a big group around 8pm on a Saturday. The food took almost 45 minutes to come, only one guy works there. My wife got an American-style hamburger and it was pretty good. I ordered nachos and enchiladas. Friends ordered tacos and hamburgers. The nachos were a terrible disappointment, hot chips with barely any cheese. The tacos were "bland". The enchiladas were really dull, I had to add a ton of salt and then it was pretty meh.

Time to go, we did separate checks and he overcharged us by almost double. Don't know what...

Our Airbnb was located directly behind this restaurant and our sole complaint is that we didn't go sooner. Their burgers are fantastic! The onion rings are also very good and their cocktails are strong and very well made. The owner is lovely and always greets us with a smile and the fact that they are open until 2:00am is the cherry on top especially when you're craving a juicy burger and a delicious drink. The guy very obviously deliberately coughed on my burger when he was bringing it out to me. He coughed twice in the direction away from my plate, and then coughed a third time straight on to my food when he was walking towards my table.
