炭火焼肉 しんら — Restaurant in Matsudo

This is a difficult review to report. The main impression is- the meat quality is excellent. It’s probably the best in comparing other chain yaki nikku restaurants.

The order came fast… but some customer service skills were bad. Items of food and beer was placed with no care.

8,000¥ for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bill seemed rather high. I personally think, the restaurant image and pricing is too expensive for Shin Matsudo. These are Tokyo prices.

The quality is good… but seems over priced for a smaller town like Shin Matsudo. It’s not for a small family. 8,000¥… i could probably eat at better restaurants, feel satisfied… Shira… needs to think about it’s menu, business model, and customers.

昨日に引き続き、地元の名店にてランチをいただいた。『炭火焼肉しんら』さんだ。こちらのお店は、ウィークデイはディナーのみ、祝祭休日はランチ営業もやっている。この日は１１月３日で文化の日の為、ランチ営業されていた。ラッキー！ さて２階店舗なので階段を上っていくと、何やら沈鬱な雰囲気。ドアを開けて了解、客がいない。まさかの先客０（結果的に言うと後客も０だった）。まぁ、臨時営業みたいな物だから、仕方ないか。私的には貸し切り状態で有難かった。 「３種焼定食」（1,900円・税込）をオーダーしました。メニューを見ていると、人気爆発…等のＰＯＰが躍っていたが、何のメニューの何が人気なのか、例えば私が頼んだ３種焼にしても、何と何と何なのかが、全く説明されていない。案内も当然ない。何を食わせられるか不明なら、客なんか来ないよな。ちなみに私のメニューは豚トロ・牛ロース・牛はらみかと思われる。 ...
