I visited here on inspiration from a youtuber. The restaurant is located near me, so i wanted to try. On first appearance, the place has nice parking area. Front shop has bright red sign. The interior was like going back in time. Not what I expected, but due to the feeling, i liked it.

We ordered: Shoyu ramen, Miso with pork ramen, gyoza and fried rice.

The Miso ramen comes in a deep, but small bowl. Layers of noodles sat on top of bean sprouts and pork (4) slices. And a miso? Pork mince. The stock broth is well balanced, with a umami taste. It wasn’t salty! The pork slices are delicious! Nice edges and soft! I let mine stew on the broth. The pork mince was nice to add to the broth. Noodle were ok. Overall, the ramen was ok! My wife ordered the shoyu. The gyoza’s… are average. But the bottom of them were nice and crisp. Fried rice was nice too....

I visited here on inspiration from a youtuber. The restaurant is located near me, so i wanted to try. On first appearance, the place has nice parking area. Front shop has bright red sign. (2025.1.6) 超珍来麺 大盛頂きました。 最近こればっかり食べてます。 (2024.12.30) 超珍来麺頂きました。 麺と片栗粉を混ぜたスープとの絡みが抜群でした。かなりハマってます。 (2021.11.27) 仕事帰りに腹を満たしに伺いました。 やはり食べるはタンメンです。追加でネギ付けました。 美味しくいただきました。 (2021.09.03) 仕事帰りに寄りました。 気温が一気に下がったことから、やはり温かい麺ということで、今日はタンメン大盛頂きました。 (2021.08.23) タンメンと餃子いただきました。 やっぱり野菜もたくさん捕れるタンメンはスープとよく合います。 写真はタンメンです。 (2021.08.15) 家族で食べに行きました。 子供は揚げ焼きそば、わたしはタンメン大、木須肉と餃子はシェアしました。 揚げ焼きそばは麺が太すぎで、子供は食べるの諦め、私のタンメンと交換してあげました。私も食べていて飽きちゃいました。五目あんかけ焼きそばにすればよかった。 (2021.08.03) 夕方お腹空いたついでにタンメンいただきました。今日のはスープにもうまみがたくさんあり、麺や野菜が進みました。 量も普通盛りで十分で、麺の大盛はいりません。可能であれば野菜肉増しできればいいですね。 (2021.08.01) タンメンと木須肉頂きました。 今日のタンメンは味が薄く、味の頂点がないスープでした。残念。なのでつかみどころ無かったです。ですので食卓にあったお酢を入れてサッパリ味ベースにして、少し辣油と醤油追加しました。塩味タンメンの味がまったく別物になりましたが、味の深みは増えました。塩分増やすより酢ですよ。 ムールースーは味が濃いめで、肉多過ぎです。ここはお酢をかけて、味をまろやかにしました。定食にすればご飯と絡まってちょうどいいのかな？ (以前の投稿) 以前よりメニューは大分品数は減りましたが、一品あたりの量はなかなかボリューミーです。餃子は残念ながら脂身が足りない餃子でサッパリしすぎです。 チャーハンは中々の量と値段は安め。 タンメンはキャベツがシャキシャキで甘く、塩味スープが中太麺と絡まってうまいです。ここの中太麺もちもちしてうまいです、あとスープも程よく熱々でいい。
