天麩羅 神いし — Restaurant in Matsue

内小向かいに有る天麩羅専門店。 評判の良いこちらへ初訪問。

平日を狙って行ったのですが、並んでいました。 事前に予約していましたので直ぐに入店。

運良くカウンターに案内されました。 カウンターは5席、テーブルは4卓で8席とキャパは小さいと思われるかも知れませんが、二人でサービスするには丁度良いサイズなんだと思います。

ランチは丼物と天麩羅定食です。 天麩羅ごはんBをオーダー。

オーダーが入ってからネタを加工して揚げる丁寧なお店です。

カウンター前に用意されたお皿に、食べるスピードに合わせて揚げたてが、タイミング良く供されます！

天つゆも良いですが、アンデスの岩塩もとても美味しかったです。

海老も鳥天も今日のおさかな、かき揚げ、野菜と全てに満足でした。

ごはんはお代わり1杯無料。 最後にドリンクのサービスも。

お店の方は親切で対応も良く、気持ち良かったです。

駐車場は隣に学習塾が有り、その隣に月極駐車場が有ります。 駐車場に入って道路側から1～4番に神いしさんの目印の看板が有ります。 お店の前にも１台可能です。

Touriste de passage, en faisant un arrêt dans ce restaurant très sympathique et chaleureux, leurs plats sont d'un pur délice qu'on aura du mal à trouver autre part qu'au Japon : les ingrédients sont en parfait harmonie (ni amer, ni trop salé, ni trop sucré).

Cependant pas de menu en anglais mais le chef cuistot saura vous aider à faire votre choix, donc point pardonné.

Je recommande fortement ce lieu accueillant si vous êtes friant...
