If you’re in Matsue and love yakiniku, Taiheimon is an absolute must-visit! The quality of the meat here is exceptional – beautifully marbled Tottori Wagyu that melts in your mouth. We tried a variety of cuts like the rib roast (リブロース), karubi (カルビ), and their special pear-marinated Tottori beef, each one full of rich flavor and tenderness.

The presentation is beautiful, with each cut carefully labeled and served on fresh bamboo leaves, making it easy to choose your favorites. I especially recommend the Nashi Harami and Nashi Kalbi, which are marinated with sweet Tottori pear – such a unique and delicious local twist!

ランチで肉を焼けるので満足でした。 換気も会話がしにくいほど豪快に吸引されてたので、匂いも全く気にすることなかったですw 鳥取和牛や鳥取のデザートだったので、大元は鳥取なんですね。 しまね和牛がよかったなw

お茶、コーヒー、紅茶はサービスであったので、おかわりできてよかったです。

ランチタイムだと騒がしいことなく、落ち着いて食事できたので、呑まない人間からしたらいい食事ができたと感じましたw
