Nestled in the heart of Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, this haven is the brainchild of Fumikazu Kimura, an internationally acclaimed hair and makeup artist, and Masumi Hayashibara, a tea consultant who has curated a space dedicated to 'healing'.

The elegant and tranquil ambiance of the interior, with its meticulously selected decor and tableware, offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, creating an exceptional and memorable experience.

The tea selection is nothing short of extraordinary, featuring a wide array of aromatic teas, each carefully chosen by the tea consultant. The expertly brewed tea allows the distinct characteristics of each leaf to shine, offering a moment of pure bliss. From New York's renowned tea brand, HARNEY & SONS, to other exquisite varieties, there is something to delight every palate. On this occasion, I indulged in a pot of Darjeeling and some raw chocolate. The rich and nuanced flavor of the Darjeeling, combined with the decadent, smooth texture of the raw chocolate, created a harmonious and unforgettable pairing. The impeccable service, characterized by the staff's attentiveness and warmth, was reminiscent of a fine French dining experience. This is the perfect sanctuary for those seeking to unwind and indulge in a moment of refined elegance, savor exceptional teas, or simply rejuvenate their spirit. My only regret was that the three varieties of apple pie were sold out during my visit. I am already looking forward to my next visit, where I can sample the apple pie and their light sandwiches.

フランス料理店時代からの松本民芸家具のテーブルと椅子を利用しており、窓の青いステンドグラスや壁に埋め込まれた暖炉・ストーブも相まって、落ち着いた空間です。

雰囲気がとても良く、紅茶も美味しかったです。（pot800円+クッキー） 駐車場は店の前に４台くらい停められます。 サービスを3にしたのは紅茶の説明があまりなかったからです。 紅茶専門店ならではの飲み方をレクチャーして頂けると嬉しかったかなと思います。 ポットとミルクと砂糖を机の上に置かれましたが、一口目はストレート、2口目は、、、など聞きたかった...
