中華そば 福久 — Restaurant in Matsumoto

Honestly this was the best ramen that we had during our 3 week trip round Japan. It was absolutely delicious. The broth was incredible, very thick and generous slices of beautiful pork, perfect texture of noodles and the egg was also perfectly cooked. I've been meaning to leave a review because it really was outstanding. It is such a quiet and peaceful restaurant and super clean, never seen such a clean restaurant. We were the only 2 in the restaurant! The 2 owners are so kind and friendly and it was a highlight in our trip to Japan to meet them and eat their delicious ramen, we had a nice conversation with them through broken English/Japanese and Google...

Delicious food and lovely owners! They were very welcoming. The broth is a salty and spring onion flavour with great chashu, old school ramen. If you don’t speak Japanese it’s no problem, just ask for the chef’s recommendation: ‘otsutsume onigai shimas’....

初めて行きました、浅間にあるラーメン屋さんで個人的に中華そばは1番好きで以前来た時には営業していなく食べることができなかったので今回食べれてホントに良かったです。 味は昔を思い出すどこか懐かしさがあるシンプルな中華そばですが美味しかったです！

それともう1つ、ご夫婦で経営されていると思いますが神接客です！気持ちの良いパーフェクトな接客は今時珍しいし感動しました、少し遠いですがまた必ず行きます。

I went to a ramen shop in Asama for the first time, and I personally like Chinese noodles the most, and when I came here before, I couldn't eat it because it wasn't open, so it was really good to eat this time.
