La Cantina da Taki — Restaurant in Matsusaka

What a fantastic find! A true Italian restaurant, with all the flavors and warmth that you'd find in Italy! A wood-fired oven that makes great pizzas typical of the Marche region, and smells amazing from outside - not a burnt smell, just a sweet wood fragrance that makes you want to run inside the restaurant. We had a great salad with prosciutto, a perfect antipasto with tuna sauce and roasted pork, and pizzas, all of them with such flavor that it makes other Italian restaurants seem like amateurs. The wonderful couple running the restaurant even prepared a small ice cream cup for our son, which was the first time he actually ate ice cream and asked for more - before today, he didn't really like it so much.

We'll definitely be coming back for all the other dishes, especially the pastas, which look amazing, and the desserts!

土曜日の昼に尋ねました。席が結構空いていた。入ったら刺激になった店の可愛さ。イタリアに伝統的な飾りとても本格感あります(テーブルクロースまで)。 妻はイタリア人で旦那さんは日本人。3人掛けのメニューにしました。pizza一枚、サラダプレートとパスタ2種類とデザートとコーヒー。 サラダは見た目も美しく丁寧な仕事でドレッシングもとても美味！ てうちパスタ絶品でもっと食べたかった。 パスタの量がもう少しあればよかった。 ピザの生地、粉の味がとても美味しくて軽くてペロリと食べてしまった。チーズも香り良く、焼き加減も最高だった！ 結果的に足りたが全部が劇うまかったのでpizzaを一枚単品で頼んだ。ミートソースは松坂牛でてうち...

いっぱい食べて満足したい人向けではないかも。 ピザの生地がとにかく美味しい、何も乗せてない状態のピザをただひたすら食べたいぐらい生地が美味しい。勿論具材のバランスにもよるのかもしれないけど軽い食感と香ばしさまた食べたい。 パスタもデミグラスやミートだと油こってこてで重いのかと思っていたら油溜まりができていなかったしあとから重みも無かったのでなんだったんだろう…ただただ美味かった… サラダも必要以上に油ダバダばじゃなかったの個人的に嬉しいやつでした。 デザートのトルテ？は温かくてうま…って言ってる間に無くなってたホールで食べたい 20席ほどの小さなお店で店の人の外国語の会話が聞こえるい...
