Kadoya — Restaurant in Matsuyama

Quite surprised that almost half of the restaurants at level 2, including this Kadoya only open for business from 10am while leaving the hungry morning departure passengers with limited choice of food for breakfast.

松山空港にあるレストランの一つです。宇和島の代表的な郷土料理の一つである『鯛めし』を始め、魚料理を中心とした様々な和食を堪能することが出来ます。レストラン内も一般的な日本の寿司屋、もしくは海鮮系の料理が給仕される和食レストランのような雰囲気で、やや薄暗い照明が落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しています。騒々しいお喋りをする客は少なく、多くの客が比較的落ち着いた声量で会話しながら食事を楽しんでいます。 ご飯に味噌汁等の吸い物、そして魚料理という、一般的な魚料理を中心とした定食スタイルですが、海外からの観光客には好評かもしれません。一方で『鯛めし』の食べ方を記した案内がテーブルの上に置いてあるのですが、全て日本語のため、英語等の表記もあればなおいいかと思います。 松山を発つ前の腹ごしらえする場所の候補として挙げられると思います。

It's one of the restaurants at Matsuyama Airport. You can enjoy a variety of Japanese food, especially fish dishes, including "Tai-meshi", one of the typical local dishes of Uwajima. The atmosphere in the restaurant is similar to that of a typical Japanese sushi restaurant or a Japanese restaurant where seafood dishes are served, and the slightly dim lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere. There are few noisy chatters, and many customers enjoy their meals while conversing in a relatively calm voice. It's a typical set meal style with rice, miso soup, and fish dishes, which may be popular among tourists from overseas. On the other hand, a guide on how to eat "Tai-meshi" is placed on the table, but it's all in Japanese, so it would be better if it were written in English. さすがかどや！鯛めしとっても美味しかったです。

ただ研修生って書いてあるKさんの接客がひどすぎた。ふたつって言ってるのに何度もひとつと言い間違うし、欠品のものも申し訳なさが全く伝わってこない、頼む方が悪いという言い方をされて非常に不快でした。

表情は硬くて、話しかけないでといった感じ。

持ってきたお膳も全部端の人に渡してくるのがいちばん不思議でした。真ん中に座ってる家族の分も端の私に渡してきました。鯛めしの鯛の追加があるなしで違うし、確認してから置くとかしないのでしょうか？ 汁ものもあるし、客に持たせて何かあったらどうするのでしょうか？ 一般的には、メニューを頼まれた人の確認をして、配膳すると思いますが。 かどやはそういうマニュアルなのですか？

注文聞くのもこっちが言わないと来なかったですし、お冷はいつまで待っても来ない。

旅行の締めくくりに最悪な接客で残念でした。特に女性のスタッフさんたちはひどい。

研修生の子に何でもやらせすぎな印象でした。ポニーテールの女の子は色々指示出してたけど、なんだかいっぱいいっぱいそうで、空回りしてました。

女性チームと入れ替えで入ってきた男性チームの方が接客が丁寧な印象がありました。 ちょうど落ち着いたタイミングだったからかもしれませんが、片付けもテキパキしてました。(逆に女性チームはガチャガチャしてました)

元日で混雑してるときに伺ったのが悪かった私たちのミスです。
