The space: Neat and averagely sized. Howevers, customers are as loud as a mainstream izakaya. Pretty noisy.
The food: It was so below average; I cannot even begin with the review. We ordered 3 pizzas, fried chicken wings and baked spicy wings, burgers. The burgers and spicy baked wings were moderately tasty. Nothing revolutionary. Just basic.
However, in the name of pizza, whatever we had was atrocious. It is mostly a thick bread where you can taste the thick plain crust mostly. It was not even well-baked. Probably the worst pizza I had in my life and the prize was not matching the taste at all. The pizzas are crazy expensive compared to what they serve.
The fried chicken were so-so. Nothing special at all.
The service: If the food was bad then the service is probably rated to worse. We had to ask for everything; quite literally. When we asked for the takeout, we were handed the giant pizza boxes. Have you even seen someone walking out a restaurant with 3 pizza boxes in hand? After asking for 3 bags to carry the boxes, we were given 2 tiny ones which barely fitted the boxes. Like?????? Is this how the service works?
NOTE: the food pictures in Japan are very identical to what they serve but here it didn't quite match. LOL. Zero points actually and I do not understand how the shop has this good ratings? Probably they are serving anything to the halal food consumers because their options are limited. Disapppointing. Not even touching pizza for the next few weeks;...
Read moreThe food was fine and the seating area was sufficient too but we didn't like the atmosphere. The toilet was almost flooded near the basin area ( not sure if it was water or urine) , some kids spoiled the floor with cakes. There was just one person taking orders, preparing and serving food also taking care of the cashier at the same time. This is Japan even the floor of the toilets in convenient stores are wiped clean after usage. Since there was just one person taking care of everything it is normal that he / she won't be able to do everything alone like taking orders, preparing, serving and cleaning everything at the same time. Since this is a halal fastfood restaurant and this is definitely a great initiative, my recommendation would be please hire some more people and keep the environment of the restaurant clean. I hope this restaurant can make improvements , last long and do well in the future 🙏. We also found a small plastic ( most likely from a packet) in our pizza but we felt bad for that one person who was handling everything and didn't say anything to him/ her and had it quietly. As for food We liked the baked chicken wings more...

We went all the way from Tokyo to try the resturant and it was worth it.
We tried their Fire house Pizza 🍕, Krusty burger with single Patty and Russian Salad. The Russian Salad was refrigerated but tastes really good. Krusty burger didn't have a good presentation however the taste was good. Pizza was delicious.
Service is good , specially the Srilankan girl was kind and friendly.
Overall food tastes great, just a bit of improvement needed on presentation. I hope they add beef dishes also in future.
Location is a bit far for people from Tokyo and nearby area but if you are up for a drive and want to avoid highway, you can take Route number 17 "Omiya by pass" and head straight towards Saitama/Kumagaya direction and it will take you just near the area.
Definitely recommend a visit if you are near Gunma and looking for...
