This bakery was a pleasant surprise. I stopped here out of necessity when I found out my train back to Hiroshima wasn't coming for another hour and for a bunch of savory and sweet breads and pastries. Every one of them was fantastic and fresh, even at 6pm. My favorites were the potato and bacon in a crunchy demi-baguette and the sesame ball, which was even better than the ones I had in Taiwan and Singapore. This bakery was a highlight of our long layover in Mihara. Everything looked delicious and amazing, it was difficult to choose what to try.

Landed on their; crispy cheese curry bun which was savory, flaky and baked perfectly. The ham, egg and cheese toasty was on a cloud bread that was an excellent flavor combination. Finished off with a donut that was fluffy, airy bread and a hint of sweetness.
