douce Nucca（ドゥース ヌッカ） — Restaurant in Minamiaso

when we came to kusasenri it was unfortunately raining heavily and visibility was low, thus we couldn’t see anything from the large restaurant windows.

i liked everything i ordered, which was salmon with tomato soup (super tasty!) and a margarita pizza. price was a little steep though, i ended up paying ¥2050 after sharing the pizza with my sister...

There are not many choices of restaurants here next to the museum. This restaurant has a high ceiling and full of gigantic windows so you can cozily enjoy natural light here. The food is delicious and toilet here is very clean too (Usual high Japanese standard). Originally it’s 5 stars but I see 1-2 flies keep flying around my table so it’s deducted...

Quite a lovely shop and restaurant with seemingly great views of Mt Aso on a clear day.

Unfortunately, we were there on a stormy day, when even the main entrance doors had to be physically pulled apart to enter or leave.

They have local produce from the Aso region, such as the lovely creamy milk for sale, and also seasonal fresh...
