Chill place on a Tuesday afternoon. There is great regard to biker ambience, sporting bike seat stools, posters, emblems, displays, and a musical stage with an open floor layout. It looks like a place that could really rock with a live show and a biker rally in the evenings and on weekends. 4+

Popcorn shrimp are a blowback from my ancient past, and were a great appetizer to share among friends. The chili cheese burger was excellent. The patty was not over-processed (NOT tofu-like meat-ハンバーグ)! Furthermore, the chili was not typical of Japan and was spicy though not overly so. Also, the chili included beans, an essential! A solid 5 star burger place. No frills at all..very simple menu. Very simple burger. But all done well. The buns are great. So many burger places have really mediocre buns. Honestly, my favorite thing might be that they just give you a full bottle of ketchup and mustard at the table with the burger. I have been sooooo many place that hand you a tiny packet of ketchup and it's enough for like one fry. And I have to ask for five more packets. And I still need more but feel bad asking. If paying $15-20 for a burger why can't you just.give me a bottle of ketchup to serve myself?! And this place had better burger, not best, but better than most places charge 15+ for a burger.
