Hard to find any restaurants open at 6pm in Awaji Island but luckily we came across this one. This is a small lovely restaurant with lovely owners, very homey feelings. I only spoke a little bit of Japanese, the owner (who is also the chef) told me he had prepared a machine translated menu with pictures which was quite helpful. We could order without any troubles. The food was freshly made in front of us in a small kitchen by the chef and the lovely waitress was his wife. Tasty!! Coincidentally, the chef chatted with us after the meal and he found out that we were staying at a hotel where his son works!
