[edit] 3 stars. During rush hour (around 7pm) it takes about 20-30 minutes to get your food. However, the restaurant just opened and 2 or 3 people work hard to prepare everyone’s food. In this situation, I think I respect the staff’s hard work to prepare the food as fast as possible [/edit]. Glad that there is a Burger King in our neighborhood. However, although the burger was very tasty, the avocado was completely frozen and not tasty at all. Also, it would have been nice to be able to wash you hands after eating fatty food. On the other hand, the chilly fries are always a nice treat.

トータルは2。 BURGER KINGブランドとして、やはり安定してますね！ 他は★1。 購入パネル、クーポンのバーコードを読み取らない。他客でも多数。 あと、購入時は現金が使えないトラブル多発。 結果レジ一人なのに、他対応に追われ、なかなか購入できず。 夕方の多忙な時間帯にもかかわらず、オペレーターの女性が一人だけ。あれは本人も大変そう…。 ちなみに作る方も一人だけ（見た限り）。 なので、（テイクアウト購入後に）他のお客さんが｢30分以上待ってる｣というお声が聞こえ…。 ちなみに私もこの投稿は、購入して20分以上経過してます。やっと、9番前の番号が呼ばれてました…。 20240512 PM1時 ★を1にしました。 理由：相も変わらず待たされました。（30分） そこは予想されてるのでいいです。 ただ、ドリンク、コーラを頼んだけど、入れっぱなしでずっと置かれてた結果、炭酸が全くないねんけど！！ 時間たちすぎて抜けてる。 流石に、今までの飲食店でも、1番ドリンクの扱いがひどい。 さらに、バンバーガー、ポテトと冷めてる。 同じタイミングで注文して、待ってもらってたマ○ドのほうが温かった。（こちらが受け取るまで待ってもらった） もうこの店舗には2度と行きません。

豊中や茨木に行かずとも、直火焼きのパティが売りのバーガーキングを箕面で食べられるようになったとあって、早速行ってきました。

バス降り場直結の一階、一蘭さんの並びにあり、電車でなくバスならアクセスは良い立地です。

雨天の平日のお昼前でしたが、新駅スタート直後ということもあってか、結構混んでいました。 バーガーキングに行ったことがある人なら、何不自由なく美味しいハンバーガーにありつけます。

カウンター中央には、セルフレジが三台並んでいます。一人でオーダーする場合は問題ないのですが、二人で並んで相談しながら…というには少し狭いです。 そして、ここが知らなければ辛いところなのですが…… ★★セルフレジは、現金が使えません！★★

私の前に並んでおられた老夫婦は、あまりタッチパネルに慣れておられない印象でしたががんばって注文されていました。（ちなみに、タッチパネルでバーガーのカスタムも可能です。）いざ支払い、という画面に切り替わり、現金が使えないことに気づかれました。困られたご夫人は、店員さんにお伝えされましたが、「セルフレジは現金は使えないのでキャッシュレス決済してください。」と笑顔もなく冷たい返答。最初固まっておられました。現金しかない、と改めてお伝えされると、「現金ならこちらのレジでしか注文お受けできません。」と左側にあるレジに誘導されてました。そして、「ご注文お伺いします。」と店員さんに言われていましたが、先ほどご主人と悩みながらタッチパネルでがんばって操作した画面は支払い画面に切り替わっているので、何を注文しようとしたかわからない状態。 見かねて私が画面の戻るボタンを押して、店員さんにご注文の品を代理でお伝えしました……。

バーガーキングの当たり前を知っている人は普段通り利用できますが、新規顧客や年齢層の拡大を目指すなら、不親切だなぁと残念に思いました。 かなりの賑わいだったので、セルフレジの前に案内する人員を割くわけにはいかないのかもしれないですが、せめて大きく「現金利用はこちらのレジです」等の張り紙をするなど工夫されては……と思いました。 ちなみに、キューズモールのポイントも有人レジでレシートを見せることでつけてもらえます！が、そのような案内の掲示物を私は見つけることはできませんでした。

不親切さで星を減らしていますが、ハンバーガー美味しかったです！オニオンリングが、サックサクでとってもオススメです！
