Taiwan Ramen Tetsu G — Restaurant in Minoh

A ramen shop a few minutes from the Minoo Kayano station beside a highway. The place is tinted so you cannot see the inside, but the interior is very spacious. You can sit on a counter, table or tatami if you want. They have both lunch and dinner sets with Taiwan ramen as their main dish. Their ramen is actually not spicy at all. But their negi buta is very good it can be a meal on its own. It’s not often I can visit here but it should be a good place to dine...

Certainly a different ramen than your standard however what a pleasant surprise. The soup was hot and very tasty, noodles cooked to perfection with an interesting mince topping that is different than a tan tan men.

The negi-buta was delicious and a must order. The gyoza were delicate but very tasty.

The chahan was tasty but could have been seasoned a little more for my liking.

The store is modern and clean with lovely service from the staff.

The one negative for the business is that despite a modern setting, it is a cash only business that does not provide for credit card purchase.

All in all, Taiwan Ramen is highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back in the...

台湾ラーメンGさんに休日のランチタイムに訪問。 小上がり、テーブル、カウンターとありお一人様でも家族連れでも来やすそうな感じです。 メニューはシンプルで台湾ラーメンか辛さ増しの台湾ラーメン、トッピングをどうするかの選択位です。サイドメニューはご飯ものと1品ものが少しある位です。

看板メニューの台湾ラーメンに半チャーハンのセットをオーダーしました。 オーダーしてからの商品提供は凄く早いと思います。

ニラとミンチがたっぷりと乗ったラーメンがやって来ました。 まずはスープを1口。アッツ熱です！そう言えば、最近ラーメン食べてスープが熱いってあまり感じなくなってた事に気づかされましたよ。なんか熱いってだけで感動しました(笑) そして、台湾ラーメンと言えば辛いモノと思い込んでいたのですが、そんなに辛くは感じません。いや、少しは辛さもあってなんと言うか良～い塩梅の辛さなんです。で、不思議なんですが辛くないと思いつつ食べてるのに、スッゴく汗かいてる自分(笑)...
