Colk — Restaurant in Mito

Dinner was awesome! Ingredients and cooking by chef Kimura is outstanding. Easily the best restaurant in Mito and for sure it can match any Michelin restaurants in Tokyo. His ve is on was so flavourful and light, the umami broth is just wonderful. His fish dishes are good as well.

Just a bit tricky to find the entrance to the carpark because there's no sign outside at the road. Need to drive slowly to find the small tiny entrance and exit. Other than that, super worth it for the food and experience. Will definitely come back again when...

彼のお母さんのお誕生日でコルクに🥰 デザートプレート別途でつけてもらって、 ママ嬉し泣きしちゃった（笑） 料理も一つも被らず、どれも美味しくて とても素敵な誕生日祝いになりました！

いつもお見送り最後までしてくれて ほんとに徹底されてると思います〜！

お肉の美味しさ、バターの おいしさはもちろん茨城の食材を使った おいしい料理！ママも喜んでいました🥰

3人で写真も撮ってもらい、 人が映らないようにあんな広くて いい場所を用意してくれたんだと思ってます！ いい写真が撮れて60歳、特別な記念になったと 喜んでいて、彼と2人で、やっぱりコルクに きてよかったね、と話しました٩(*˘ ³˘)۶❤
