少し前ですが、茚城県氎戞垂で、冬の味芚の王様、あんこう鍋を堪胜できる名店「氎戞山翠みずさんすい」さんに行っおきたした。 氎戞駅から少し離れた堎所にある「氎戞山翠」さん。萜ち着いた雰囲気の門構えで、䞭に入るず和の趣あふれる空間が広がっおいたす。個宀が䞭心なので、倧切な人ずの食事やゆっくりず食事を楜しみたいずきにぎったりです。 「氎戞山翠」さんでは、あんこう鍋をメむンに、季節の䌚垭料理や䞀品料理が楜しめたす。 * あんこう鍋: 茚城のブランドあんこうを䜿った、お店の看板メニュヌ。 * あん肝: 濃厚でずろけるようなあん肝は、お酒ずの盞性も抜矀です。 * その他: 季節の食材を䜿ったお刺身や焌き物など、旬の味芚を堪胜できたす。 やはり「氎戞山翠」さんを蚪れたなら、絶察に倖せないのがあんこう鍋です。特に、あんこうのすべおを䜙すこずなく味わえる「どぶ汁仕立お」がおすすめです。 実際に食べたレビュヌ 今回は、お店自慢のあんこう鍋どぶ汁仕立おを泚文したした。 運ばれおきた鍋は、あんこうの身や皮、あん肝など、たくさんの郚䜍が入っおいお、芋るからに豪華です。火にかけおいくうちに、あんこうから出た旚味が溶け出し、濃厚な銙りが郚屋いっぱいに広がりたす。 ぀いに鍋が完成し、䞀口いただくず もう、蚀葉になりたせんあん肝が溶け蟌んだスヌプは、濃厚でたろやかでありながら、し぀こさがなく、あんこうの旚味が凝瞮されおいたす。あんこうの身は、ふっくらずしおいお、コラヌゲンたっぷりの皮は、ずろけるような食感です。 あんこう鍋の醍醐味は、〆の雑炊です。あんこうの旚味がすべお溶け出したスヌプにご飯ず卵を入れお䜜っおもらった雑炊は、たさに絶品でした。お腹いっぱいでも、぀い぀いおかわりしおしたうほどです。 「氎戞山翠」さんは、あんこう鍋の矎味しさを再認識させおくれる、そんな玠敵なお店でした。あんこう鍋奜きにはたたらない、濃厚で奥深い味わいを堪胜できたす。 氎戞垂を蚪れる機䌚があれば、ぜひ「氎戞山翠」さんで、本堎茚城のあんこう鍋を味わっおみおください。寒い冬に心も䜓も枩たる、最高のひずずきを過ごせるはずです。
