We saw people lined up both times we walked this street so we thought it must be good. It certainly was!
The food quality was absolutely top notch. And plentiful.
Madame Wife had the sashimi moriawase: fresh tuna from different parts of the fish, squid, a shrimp, octopus, and a very tender scallop. More than she could eat so I kindly helped her.
My own order was three plump and juicy deep fried shrimp. Superb.
Of course both lunches came with a full assortment of savory side dishes, miso soup, and good quality rice.
Throw in a no alcohol beer for me (driving) and the total still was only 3400 yen! I’m sure we would have spent at least double that in Tokyo.

The average price, if you don't have the Misaki Ticket, is around 1500¥, which is quite cheap for such high quality maguro! I highly...

That kind of service makes a difference. I...
