再訪。

本日２軒目😅

ラーメン(半麺)を注文。

昔食べた事があるが、味は覚えていない。

コッテリではなく、味の濃い宮崎の豚骨ラーメンかな。

美味しかったです😄

味変でニンニク醤油を投入したが、ん？

一見美味しそうなニンニク醤油に見えたが、このラーメンには合ってない気がする。

投入前のスープの方が良かったかな🤔

何と表現したら良いのか…😅

ガツンと来るニンニク醤油ではなく、少し酸味を感じた。

ラーメンは星４つ。

次回は辛いラーメンにチャレンジ予定😄

何十年振りの訪問かな🤔

昼間に営業しているのは知らなかった。

場所的にお昼にお客さんが少ないのも、訪問しやすくて良いです。

テーブル席のみ。

若い頃はあまり飲み屋街にはラーメン屋さんがなくて、夜中に〆のラーメンでよく食べてました。

記憶が正しければ、１度この場所から移転したはず。また元の場所に戻って来たお店だと思う。

他のクチコミに宮崎発祥の辛麺が食べれるとありますが、あの有名な辛麺ではありませんので、ご注意下さい。

豚骨ラーメンを辛くしたラーメンだったはずです。

昔何度も訪問したが、辛みそラーメンが美味しかった記憶があったので、ハーフサイズで注文。

もう見た目で美味しいの確定😄

昔ながらの宮崎のラーメンをベースに味噌味にアレンジしてる味噌ラーメンだと思います。

ラーメンと中辛ラーメンも食べなくては😃

美味しかったです😄ご馳走様でした🙏
