松屋本店・えとせとら松屋 — Restaurant in Miyazu

I've never written a review that wasn't 5-stars but I feel I have to write one for this place as a warning to future customers because the fish I was served was clearly rotten and totally inedible. When my mother told the waitress about the fish, the waitress brushed it off and blamed it on "random variation" in the fish drying method. I really wish she had smelled the fish before saying that because then she'd know it wasn't normal "variation". 天橋立の府中駅近くにあり、黒ちくわの看板に引かれて入ってみました。 季節の魚をすり身にした、太めのちくわです。香ばしくて魚のうま味が感じられました。見た目は、山陰地方の野焼きに似ています。 店員さんの愛想がよく、笑顔にも引かれて、ソフトクリームも食べ、お土産にへしこを買いました。 敦賀に住んでいたときに食べ慣れたへしこですが、このへしこが意外（失礼)にも絶品でした。
