酒菜 禅 — Restaurant in Miyazu

A great Izakaya offering both traditional dishes and some modern refined dishes in a cosy setting. Run by a husband and wife team, both seems to be on sync in preparation for the dishes and every single dish we tried were fantastic and delicious.

We had fresh seafood dishes, salad, fried dishes and they were all prepared perfectly, cooked brilliantly and tasted delicious and this is exactly what you will expect in an excellent Izakaya that all variety of dishes were great.

We were there on a Sunday evening and even then it was full and the entire team did an excellent job in both service and preparation of dishes. It was almost like seeing a symphony in motion and kudos to the owners for delivering such great warm service along with excellent cooking.

These sort of hidden places in the middle of a small town is what makes exploring Japanese countryside all the worthwhile....

Amazing food and services! Small and warm resto in the small town, offering wide range of fresh fish and seafood. Price was absolutely reasonable and you would be impressed by the quality. Some dishes were incredibly cooked including deep fried tou fu and Japanese Miso crab.

Only a few tables are available so booking is required. Please bring enough cash with you cos card is not accepted.

口コミが良いと聞き せっかく旅行に来たので美味しいものを と思い、予約してお店に行きました。 19:30にお店ついて、予約したんですけど。 というと、ちょっと待ってください。 とだけ言われてそのまま15分弱何もないまま 外で待たされ、ついさっき予約したといって お店に入って行ったお客さんを先に中に入れ あれ？と思って、予約してた〇〇なんですけど と言うと、また少し待ってください。といわれ 5分弱待たされました。 無事に店に入れましたが ドリンクを先に頼んだ後、10分後に ドリンクと突き出しが出てきました。 その際に注文をまとめてしました。 お造り2品、チャンジャ、タイの子煮、なまこは 早めに出てきたのですが その他に頼んだ、フグの唐揚げ、上ミノの唐揚げ 、タコ天、ハタハタ、ささみ明太子巻き揚げ ゲソガーリック、が中々来ず 40分後くらいに数品でてきて、 その際に2回目の注文で ポテトサラダ、ホタテのバター焼き、 おにぎり2つ、たこぶつを頼みました。 1回目の注文が来ず、2回目注文した ポテトサラダ、たこぶつが先に来ました。 その後も中々料理が出てこないのに 時間は曖昧ですが、21時か21時30分くらいに ラストオーダーを聞かれました。

流石に、遅すぎるのでまだですか？って聞くと 今作ってますと返答され その後に、1回目の注文のささみ、ふぐの唐揚げ、げそのガーリックなどがまとめて出てきました。

その後頼んでいたおにぎりが1つしか来なくて、あと1つすぐ持ってきます。 と言われたのですが10分たってもこず おにぎりまだですか？と聞いたところ 今から作りますっと言われました。

他の席はみんな食べ終わっていたのに 私達は、最後まで料理が中々揃いませんでした。

19:45くらいから22:00 少しずつしか料理が出てこず2時間ちょっと店にいました。 雑炊も頼んだのですが 雑炊を食べて10分後に店を出ました。

料理自体はとても美味しかったのですが 料理提供時間と対応の悪さと、 接客の悪さは最悪です。 もったいないと思います。

旅行に来たのに気分悪いまま帰りました。 オススメしません。
