When I visited PARENTHESES CAFE where stays in Nikko, I learn about this shop. The shop which own roasting coffee shop in Moka! Located near Moka Interchange (it will be a little complicated ...)

The shop was nice and cozy. While it was an antique accessory, the building was beautifully renovated. The store was very friendly and polite.

It was in a place where the roaster was also visible. The date of roasting is written on the showcase!It's important things!

Tasting is also possible at the store. And It's also possible to drink at the store as shown in the photo. It seems that you can choose the taste(astringency, acidity etc...)! First of all, we received the original (Moka blend)!

Seasonal coffee beans are also available. I would also like to ask if the purchased beans are gone!

If you go ,it may be good choice go to by car. If you go by car, you can use two parking spaces in front of the store and a gravel parking lot in the nearby (behind) izakaya shop.

Other access is not good.... If you go to train , nearly st is Moka st. (Moka Railway) and use cab. If you go to bus , nearly st is MOKA-EKI-MAE where from SUZUMENOMIYA st (tohoku line ）

So other choice is to deliver coffee. Please ask shop. In detail is announce on HP.

最近、焙煎してる種類が増えたので、画像追加しました！ 深煎り好きは、是非ダテーラを 浅煎り好きは、是非ケニアをお勧めします！

通い始めてはや２年 飽きのこない、ここのマンデリンは実に美味♪

焙煎に関する特許を取得しているとの事で これからも期待大なお店です。

初めて訪れたのは２年前の３月の下旬です。 まぁ　とにかく真岡市に　こんな気の利いた感じの自家焙煎珈琲屋さんがあることに驚きでした。 お店の佇まい　マスターと奥さんの飾らない人柄 そして　コーヒー！　いずれも最高クラスだと思います。

おいてある豆は１０種くらいだったかな？ それらの豆に共通するのは　どれも近々に焙煎された鮮度の いい状態であるという事。

僕はマンデリンを 一緒に行った友人は　キリマンジャロを注文

２～３分で　奥さんが金属容器にはいった何かを テーブルに運んできて　よかったらと、、勧めてくれたのが ドリップするために挽いた豆のテイスティング。 飲む前に　豆の香りをお楽しみください！という訳だ。 数多の喫茶店を歩いてきましたが　挽いた豆の香りをどうぞ！ という　おもてなし　は初めての経験でした。 香ばしくも柔らかい豆の香りを楽しみつつ コーヒーの登場を待つ。

待つ間　今度はマスターが何かを運んできた。 そう　画像にもある銀紙に包まれたチョコを しかもハーシーズのチョコを運んできた。

コーヒーのお供に　どうぞ　との事でした。

さぁ　コーヒーが運ばれてきました。 一口目で　あぁかなり質の高いコーヒーを飲んだ事が わかる余韻が口や鼻を抜けて行く

徐にハーシーズを口へ、、程よく溶けた頃に コーヒーＩＮ！ 口の中で味わうマンデリンのコクとチョコの濃厚な旨味。 これ　いい組み合わせだわ！とつくづく実感

さて友人が頼んだキリマンも少しわけて頂いて味見。 この独特の酸味の出し方、焙煎の実力は相当だとわかる感じ。 コーヒーは酸味という方、ここのキリマンは相当です！

まぁ真岡市へ来たなら最高の一杯を求めて　是非 このカフェへ寄ってみて欲しいと思います。

Great Coffee Shop in Moka that roasts its own beans. The coffee is good and their is a large selection. IT can be a little hard to find for some but is worth it. The cafe has a beautiful and cosy...

In detail is announce on HP. 日光にあるPARENTHESES CAFE さんで真岡にある自家焙煎珈琲屋さんとのこと知り、伺いました！真岡インターから近い場所にあります（ちょっと入り組んだ場所にはなります・・・） 車で行く以外だと真岡鐵道の真岡駅からタクシーでしょうか。車でいくと店前に駐車場2台と、付近（裏手）の居酒屋さんの砂利駐車場を利用可能とのことです。 店は珈琲の香りが満ちておりました。 アンティークな小物の一方で建屋は綺麗にリノベーションされている印象でした。お店の方もとても気さくで丁寧に対応して頂きました。 焙煎機も見える場所にありました。 ショーケースには焙煎した日付が書いてあります！ 店頭で試飲も可能です。 また写真にあるように店頭で珈琲を淹れて頂くことも可能です。濃さも選べるようです！今回はまずはオリジナル（真岡ブレンド）のものを頂きました！ 季節の珈琲豆も取り扱いがあります。 また購入した豆が無くなったら伺いたいと思います！
