Cosy little cafe in the shop. Finally I found Matcha tea. Was Surprisingly difficult. The matcha is rightly made. And the mochi served superb. The sugar sweetness is just right. The shop has ample seating and a number of cosy corners. The toilet has amazing views and it is one floor down of the main shop. Highly recommend stopping over for their...

Takimochi was soft and chewy! Took about 5 minutes to grill and came with a hot / cold coffee or matcha. 700 yen per set. Very nice cafe with tatami seats or normal wooden benches. It was not crowded on a sunday late morning. Good point for a rest before attempting the steep stairs up...
