Semi-traditional bakery hidden in plain sight. This bakery has a very Showa feel to it (a few eras back for all you non-Japanese folk), everything in the bakery some shade of brown. Loved the maple roll because it wasn’t overpoweringly sweet, and had an excellent blend of walnuts and a hint of maple. It hit all the right spots. The edamame an roll was soft, chewy, filling, and delicious. I highly recommend this departure from the regular an roll with sweet bean jam. The sweet pretzel was another winner, and anyone who enjoys filo dough crispiness blended with ample amounts of thinly sliced almonds riding on a perfect amount of icing to add an extra level of sweetness, will love this baked goodie. The peanut cream koppe pan had a well-baked crust with a soft, chewy inside, and the amount of peanut cream was just right, the entire roll was sweet and delicious. The price point for all the baked goods was amazing, an incredible amount of value for the taste compared to the prices. Couldn’t find a thing I disliked about this bakery! The service was top notch. The woman working the register was speedy in her duties and kind with every customer, apologizing for the short wait...

5月7日 久しぶりに寄りました。

定番のクロワッサンとブラックペーパー入りのフランスパンを購入。

時間帯がちょうど良かったのかーハード系も充実してました。

1907年創業の老舗で、街中唯一のパンさん屋です。
