Besides the seashore and its museums, this Hamburg is a must-see attraction in Nagasaki. It’s amongst the best burgers I’ve had in my life. Apparently simple, unmasked by any sauces, it features an incredible juiciness and perfect balance of breadcrumb, spices and saltiness. The beef loin was fine too, as any good meat just cooked on the teppanyaki should be, but nothing surprising. The whole set is balanced, with some rice, salad and soup.
