The arrival  of the Portugese , also,  influencef  the making of Cruz biscuits , which means “Cross” in Portuguese. It came from Nagasaki, a port city that has Christian influences from its extensive trading in the past with the Portuguese and Dutch. Cruz gets its namesake from the depiction of a cross printed on the face of each flaky piece of biscuits. Cruz is a delicious harmony of white chocolate and ginger sandwiched between two crisp wafers. There are now many  flavors - original, Strawberry, and Coffee. We many  boxes of them home much to the delights of our friends. They are very YUMMY. Try them and buy some for family and friends.

さっくさくカリカリのシュークリームは絶品です。 クッキーシュー220円。 注文後クリームをいれてくれます。 クリームは皮をカットしていれてあります。 生地は厚めでさっくさくカリカリです。卵多めのカスタードクリームたっぷり。甘さ控えめ。 時間をおいてしっとり皮も美味しいですが‥クリームいれたては絶品です。 チーズケーキがすごく美味しいです。 380円スフレ系でふわふわしゅわしゅわです。 こちらのケーキ屋さんはショートケーキがおしゃれな大人向けのビジュアルが多く400〜600円くらいの中、チーズケーキはとてもオーソドックスなビジュアルで地味なのですが‥トップはツヤツヤ。カット断面や側面が綺麗でチーズケーキがきめ細か。舌触りもよく絶妙な硬さでしっとり。チーズの風味もほどよくてすごく美味しいです。 焼き菓子も豊富にあり、こけこっこープリンやロールケーキもあります。 ポイントカードあり。 駐車場は1台お店の横にあるそうなのですが‥わかりにくいです。停車はしやすい道幅。 近くにコインパーキングあります。

シュークリームとマスカットのショートケーキを頂きました。ひとくち食べてわかる美味しさ!！丁寧なお仕事をされてるのがわかります★ シュークリームは生地の上部はサク！皮は程よいサクホワ感。カスタードクリーム多めなしっかりとした食べごたえがあります。本当は駄目だけど、食べきれずに２日目に食しますと全体的に皮がしっとり感でカスタードクリームと相まって美味しかったー♡ マスカットのショートケーキは生クリームとスポンジが絶妙!！マスカットも甘いのに後味がさっぱりとするのでペロリ(*´ڡ`●)食べれちゃいます…♡ 間...
