A great buffet with a view.Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are great but dinner is more impressive in my opinion but I would say it is a little pricey for a buffet when for similar prices you can get a kaiseki experience.
There is a great variety of dishes, all well done and kept appropriately warm. Some items like the french toast can be a bit hit or miss and it is important to be specific about what type of eggs you want. The omelette style is Japanese omurice style and can be very soft inside. It would be great if they had more ingredient options for the eggs.

Everything has gone great in terms of the variety and quality of food and the staff's service. But please please please remember to make a reservation (if possible, as I am not aware of this option over the stay) for your breakfast if you have plans afterwards as we (two people) have for more than 30 minutes to get in on the last day. ホテルに泊まり朝食と夕食をとりましたが、メインダイニングでなく、小さい子供もOKのカジュアルなレストランという位置づけを考慮しても及第点はあげられない。
以下は主にディナーに関するコメント 但し朝食もイマイチ
ディナータイムの蝶ネクタイを締めたやや偉いウェイターが全然ダメ。ナプキン人数分ないし、食事のメニュー持って来てないし、オーダー忘れるし、即刻クビでいいのではと思うレベル。管理部門で使えなかった人が現場に回されたのかな? 現場には優秀な人を置いて欲しい。若手の白服組も、まぁ訓練されてなくてダメだが、低姿勢でまだ許容できる感じ。
ブッフェ(約5000円)とアラカルトがあるなら、ブッフェの価格とアラカルトのメニュー両方を提示しないと客は判断付かないと思うが、こちらが頼むまで両方とも提示されない。えーと、脳死なの?
スーパーで1,200円程度のスパークリングワインが7,000円だが、このサービスレベルで、サービス料とった上でこの価格設定は噴飯もの。
料理も決して美味しくはない。パンも温かいものが出るわけじゃない。 宿泊客の車をバトラーサービスで取り上げた上でしか成り立たない悲しいレストラン。まともな料理人が働く場所とは思えない。

This is NOT the main dining place, and thus supposed to be a bit casual restaurant.
Hugely overpriced and underserved place while atmosphere/decor of the restaurant is good with very beautiful ocean front location. Basically you are paying fat premium for the scenery or location, that's it.
Senior clerks wearing bow tie are very dumb and not service orientated at all. They also make frequent careless mistakes, so watch out.
In dinner time they offer buffet and a la carte, and they ask preference without showing a la carte menu nor buffet price. Are you crazy?
I noticed one bottle of Italian sparkling wine which you can buy around 10 USD (or 1200 yen) in supermarkets is offered at 60 USD (7000 yen) here. Plus, you will be charged 20% service fee for anything you order here even though their service would not satisfy anyone...
