Ichibanken Hibino — Restaurant in Nagoya

Really good and quite cheap ramen restaurant. They order picture menu as well, but not in English. Which does not matter at all, since as always in Japan, you get the idea what you are getting with the pictures. The ramen was really delicious, especially the half raw, half well cooked egg inside made it extremely delicious. The soup/broth was awesome as well. You can use seasonings as well, like kind of pickled vegetable and add it into the soup, or red/pink ginger. The place is clean, the staff is nice and always when customer arrived, they welcomed him. When the customer left, all of them said kind of goodbye. The place is wheelchair accessible as in most places in Japan. Since it is just few seconds from Hibino station, I can recommend this place. Really like the japanese noodles here, my fiancee too, the place it's very nice, the staff it's very nice people too. The whole menu it's delicious. Well located, near Hibino Subway station, there is a also bus stop close by. I don't know if there is a parking lot, but I know there are many coin parking lot close by. No complains about this place, they also offer take outs. Enjoyed the food everytime...

名古屋市熱田区、日比野駅近くの長浜豚骨ラーメン一番軒さんへ。初訪問。

打ちっぱなしに行く途中にあり、気になっていた大きなお店。

調べるとややコッテリ気味の豚骨ラーメンらしい。ちょうどそれくらいのラーメンが食べたかったので訪問！

デフォの白豚骨ラーメンとライスのセット750円をバリカタで！

キクラゲか、メンマが選べるのでキクラゲを。 そう言えば長浜豚骨ラーメンにメンマってあまりないなぁ。

辛子高菜、キムチ、紅生姜がサービス。高菜取りすぎw

やってきたのはレアチャーシューにタップリの青ネギが目を引く一杯！

スープはとろみのある臭みのない豚骨！ うまっ！ まろみがあり、塩味も丁度。

麺は長浜ラーメンにしては太い麺。と言っても細麺の部類。これ位の太さが好き。 勿論低加水でパツパツです！

ご飯の量も結構多く食べ応え十分。 キクラゲの食感、レアチャーシューの柔らかさもいい感じ。

かなり好きな豚骨ラーメンでした！ 御馳走様でした！

らぁ麺あおばさんに行くも臨時休業中、フジサワ中華そばさんは定休日で一番軒さんへ。

今日はいつもの白豚骨じゃなく、煮干トンラーメン730円とご飯100円を、バリカタで。

店の中央付近に辛子高菜、キムチ、紅生姜のサービスコーナーがあります。

やって来たのは玉ねぎ、白髪ネギの上に煮干しがチョコンと乗ったラーメン。

先ずはスープを。 まったりとした濃厚なトロミのある豚骨スープにまろやかな煮干しの風味。

煮干し初心者にはこれくらいが丁度。

麺は細すぎない低下水パツパツ麺で旨い！

辛子高菜と一緒に食べるご飯は言わずもがな。
