We went in search of a good unagi place in Nagoya and googled it . Reservations were made well in advance. Easy parking . The place did not disappoint. Nice crispy and moist unagi . We got 3 different sets - large deluxe unagi set , unagi set with unagi liver and unagi with chawsmushi & sashimi. 家族で利用しました。　大きな古民家の店舗で雰囲気があります。　いただいたうな重は、大ぶりでフワトロのうなぎが入っていてとても美味しかった。　タレもサラッとご飯も硬めで好みの炊き上がり。　つまみのう巻き、白子も良かったです。　名古屋界隈で食べたうなぎの中で一番好きかも。

Speaking of which, I had the pleasure of trying the "Una-ju" during my visit, and it was simply outstanding. The grilled eel was a generous portion and had an incredible, rich taste. I loved the crispy texture on the outside, which contrasted perfectly with the soft and moist inside. And the grilling sauce was just right - not too thick or sweet, allowing the flavors of the eel to shine through. The rice was perfectly cooked to my liking - hard-boiled with just the right amount of chewiness.

In addition to the Una-ju, I also tried the "Umaki" (an omelet roll with grilled eel inside) and the "Shirako" (Cod Milt with vinaigrette sauce); they were also delicious.

今回は【うな富士天白別邸】2回目となる訪問。 前回は夏の平日の夜、満員でしたが何とか予約無しで入れました。 今回は、去年うな富士白壁別邸でいただいた「肝入り上うなぎ丼」が絶品でいつか市外に住む両親に食べてもらいたいと考えていたところ、チャンスが訪れたので、予めネットで席だけ予約を入れておきました。ネットの注意書きに、「10分経過したら予約を取消し」「全員揃ってから」と記載があり、近い駐車場に停めたくて早めに伺いました。1台だけ空いていて駐車できラッキーでした。 12時50分に店員さんに声がけしたら、まだ席が空いてないから時間になったら来てと言われ、待合で待機。次々とお客様が出入りされていたので、(来てますアピール)しておかないとキャンセルされる恐れあり。 13時00分になり、再度声がけしたら、まだ席が空いてないとのこと。 ネットに厳しく書かれていましたが、こちらは約束守れたので安堵。待たされることは何とも無いけど、予約を取消されるのは無念なので💦 暫くして案内され、期待していた個室に通されました。ラッキー☆5名だから個室がいいな〜と思っていたので良かった。 娘は肝は不要とのことで、４名肝入りうなぎ丼を注文したかったのですが、２人分しか肝入りは無いとのこと、これまたラッキー、両親には無事に肝入りを注文できました。 娘が、「うまき食べたい」と言い出し、気が大きくなっていたので、快諾し、一皿２切れとのことでしたが人数分で用意してくださるとのことなので５切れ注文。 これが、すごく美味しくて、注文して良かった〜！一切れが大きくてボリュームあり、フワフワで美味しかった！ 暫くして、うなぎ丼が並び、至福の時を味わいました。本当に美味しい。 うなぎ好物の両親とは、一色でよくうなぎを食べてきましたが、両親もうな富士さんのうなぎ、大絶賛でした☆ またひとつ親孝行できた気持ちになれ、有り難かったです。 冷静に考えると、１食6,600円の食事は庶民の私の感覚だととんでもなく高価ではありますが、全く惜しくない、すごく満足感が得られ、幸せを味わうことができるうな富士さん。雰囲気もよく、両親を連れてこれて良かった〜☆ またお伺いします! 本...
