The chef is very professional master, he choose wonderful materials for the dinner. The seafoods are very fresh, very impressive of using sea salt only for some sashimi. I like the chef prepare different soy sauce, sea salt and other different sauce for the same seafood that I can try different taste. The staff also very polite and provide wonderful service. Because the Chef is full of experience, so I can taste the traditional Japanese food in this dinner. The chef also very nice to explain every dishes, so I highly recommend this restaurant to the people who like tradition Japanese fine dining.

これほどまで完璧な料理屋さんがあるとは！ 料理は素晴らしい。 東京や大阪ですら、ここまで素晴らしい味の店はないのでは？

料理人、スタッフさんのおもてなしも完璧です。

毎日でも通いたい名店。

唯一のマイナスは場所です。 名古屋中心から少し離れています。名古屋駅からだとタクシーで3000円程。 ただ、食事の料金に往復のタクシー代を含めても、安いと感じます。

予約が取れたら必ず行くべき。 この店に行くために...
