10/2023 Weekday before 6 PM. Very few customers, thus not noisy as other reviews say. Parked at the huge Matsumoto Kiyoshi parking on the same block, as you get free parking for 1 hour if you buy more than 1000 yen and get a parking ticket. QR code ordering style is convenient.
