もりを大盛りで頂きました。 蕎麦は美味しかったです、が…蕎麦に対してつゆが弱いというか薄い？と感じました。 確かに蕎麦の味は美味しく感じるのですが、つゆを着けても変わらないくらいの感じかな。 蕎麦とつゆの双方のバランスがイマイチに感じました。 残りのつゆに蕎麦湯を入れる分には良いんだけど、蕎麦を食べてる時につゆが弱いかと。 蕎麦湯は濃くて美味しく頂きました。最後の方はドロドロっとした蕎麦湯が出てきたんで、飲む前に撹拌してあげた方が良いと思います。 蕎麦と同時提供でしたので、沈んだ感じかな。。 自分的にはつゆがぁ～ってくらい薄かったかと。 好みだと思いますので、あくまでも参考までに。

Today, I was at this (I assumed) family-run Soba noodle restaurant in Furano for lunch - after visiting the nearby, highly popular Farm Tomita that's famous for its fields of blooming lavender flowers. After waiting for my turn to be seated in the restaurant due to a 30min queue to get in, I was given a nice seat by the window, and I promptly ordered a "Chilled Tanuki" soba as described in the English version of the restaurant's menu - by the way, the Japanese lady who took my order was fluent enough in English and that helped me a lot, as a foreign tourist as she was patient and courteous. And how was my order of "Chilled Tanuki" soba? Well, it was very refreshingly delicious and "healthy-ish" in my opinion - as it comprised "simply" of cold soba topped with seaweed, mustard spinach and tempura batter bits with a moreish sauce that I poured in the mix subsequently. So I highly recommend this place if you happen to be in Furano for its food, service...

Overall: great atmosphere and nice family restaurant

Please check parking map, only 9 are nearby and you may park opposite side next to temple Air conditions may not enough As it is too hot and I ordered the cold soba. They also provide hot food. They take credit card, so the info from tabelog is not correct. Food: delicious One lady speaks perfect English. Once arrive, go inside and sign...

We ordered cold ume soba, hot kake soba, tempura moriawase and mini tendon. The soba and the broth were deliciously satisfying. 🤩

The tempura selection was also interesting. It's the first time I got octopus tempura. I always worry with eating seafood in mountain area, but every seafood tempura we had was great and pretty...
