One of my all time favourite’s! Great food across the menu. I think portion size is spot on, if you’re really hungry they offer some massive bowls which are huge and really well priced, but the other ramen is sized well for the average person. Delicious ramen restaurant! Their gyoza is super juicy in the inside and crispy on the outside. I did prefer to make my own gyoza sauce instead of the restaurant's sesame seed sauce. I had the shou (soya sauce) ramen and it was yummy! My wife had a tsukemen which had lots of volume and flavor. Recommend for a quick eat! Note that there was no English menu so...

■2025.03.20　特製味噌(鶏白湯) 日中の気温も高くなってきたので、個人的に味噌のシーズンもボチボチ終わり。 ということで、特製味噌を注文。 まず、ボリューム感のある肉厚なレアチャー6枚がドーン！ 鶏白湯が下支えする味噌スープも旨いです。 麺はツルツルのたまご麺。 てっきり塩ラーのような平打ち麺と勝手に勘違いしていたので、食べた瞬間、少し驚きました。 にしても、全体のバランスは良く、旨い味噌ラーでした。 ■2025.01.29　【限定】 中華そば 塩 ラーメン食べに立ち寄ったら、29日、30日限定の中華そばが提供中。 コチラ、濃厚鶏系のラーメン店ですが、気になった中華そばを塩で注文しました。 麺は稲庭うどんのようなツルンツルンの柳腰の中太麺で、鶏豚の旨味がしっかり下支えし、コクのあるクリアな黄金色のスープの組み合わせはメチャ旨！ 懐かしさがあるラーメンとの触れ込みですが、今時のネオ中華そばですね。 2日間の限定ってのが、とても残念。 通常メニュー入りしないかな・・・。 是正お願いします。 ■2024.11.14　鶏白湯味噌 そもそも味噌ラーメンって、味噌の旨味が強過ぎるのて、味噌がラーメン全体の味を支配してしまいますが、コチラの鶏白湯味噌ラーメンは鶏白湯の濃厚さで味噌をガッチリと下支えしてくれます。 この味わいなら、卵麺でなくつけ麺用の麺を合わせても面白そう。 ■2024.07.02　冷やし中華 最高気温が30度を超え、体も悲鳴。 こんな時は冷やし中華。 ミニ炙りチャーシュー丼も一緒に注文しました。 冷やし中華は醤油ベースですが、具材は棒棒鶏のように胡麻ダレなので、混ぜ合わせると、醤油ベースのあっさりと胡麻ダレベースのコッテリが一体となって、良いバランス。 冷や中あるあるの物足りなさを、上手くカバーしていますね。 ■2024.06.19　濃厚鶏つけ麺 上手いことクセを抑えた濃厚な鶏スープに全粒粉のツルツル太麺、旨い！ 具材は鶏のレアチャーシューに、豚の燻製肉。 燻製はやや塩味が強くも感じましたが、食べ終えると、良いアクセントに感じました。 薬味のネギもイイ働きですね。 トータルでバランスが良く、レベル高い一杯と思います。 ■2021.10.07 鶏感をしっかり感じるラーメン頂けます
